In an important development, towards transparency in dealing with parishioners, the Latin Cardinal, Pier Battista Pizzaballa, the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, opened the door to electronic appointments through the Latin Patriarchate website for anyone wishing to meet the Patriarch of Jerusalem, via the link https://www.lpj.org/en/appointment.

 According to the program available on the home page of the lpj.org website, under the Patriarch section, His Beatitude the Cardinal will be in Zababdeh, Cyprus, Jordan, Rome, and the United States for all of January, and it seems that he is ready to meet anyone during his presence in these places.

According to the announced program, the Cardinal will participate in the Mass of the Baptism of the Lord in the Latin Church of Our Lady of the Visitation in the town of Zababdeh in the Palestinian West Bank on Sunday, January 7. Then he will travel to Cyprus on the 8th and 9th of the month, while he will be in Jordan to participate in the Feast of the Epiphany between 11-14. Cardinal Pizzaballa will head to Rome on January 15^th and 16th to participate in the Council of Bishops (CELRA), and then on the 17th, he will be in Hungary on his way to the United States, where he will remain from January 18 until February 3 without specifying which state in America he will visit.
