Next Generation Ministry Palestine, in partnership with Health Outreach Middle East (H.O.M.E.), launched its third open food kitchen in Gaza on August 24..

A team of local volunteers provided more than 1,200 hot meals to women, children, and displaced families.

The organizers of the initiative confirmed that the meals were prepared under difficult conditions, using only wood and paper as fuel, and were distributed directly to families living in tents, a move aimed at alleviating the suffering of hunger and poverty amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the Strip.

Dr. Fares Abraham, the organizer of the ministry, said, “With every meal, we shared the hope of the Gospel, and through the prayers and generosity of supporters, we were feeding Jesus himself.” He praised the cooperation with H.O.M.E. and the ongoing support from the local and international community.

He emphasized that the kitchens are operated by a team of local Palestinian Christians, as part of ongoing efforts to assist the needy and displaced in Gaza, amid the emergency humanitarian conditions.
